my son will not sleep because my daughter like's the light on when she sleeps, of corse my son likes it of!

Why are your son and daughter even in the same room? That could seem somewhat suspicious with age. Why not segregate the room? You could simply buy a changing fan board and divide the room so that she can have her light and he can have his dark.
