Is Zenacort effective? I bought some since the ingredients seem ok.. but I havent really seen any results.?

Is there a time frame to see results? also, what is a normal amount to lose on this product (or similar ones )

Zenacort is primarily Hoodia and is much too expensive compared to other available brands of Hoodia. Shop around.and you can find alternatives that are much less expensive and much more effective.

It is primarily an appetite suppressant. You are supposed to take Hoodia an hour before eating with at least one full glass of water. You should also find that your endurance increases a bit. Don't eat a full meal, reduce your meal size. If you do these things Hoodia works fine.
