In most general dialects, "hav lee khayla" as mentioned in other answers or "hav lee tooqpa" (the "q" is like a hard "k" in the back of the throat") depending on dialect.

In Hebrew script this is:
הב לי חילא (hav lee khayla)
הב לי תוקפא (hav lee tooqpa)

In Syriac Aramaic script, this is
ܗܒ ܠܝ ܚܝܠܐ (hav lee khayla)
ܗܒ ܠܝ ܬܘܩܦܐ (hav lee tooqpa)
