no i wouldnt call it cheating, but i wouldnt be suprised if it made your bf mad either
this is how i see it, talking to a guy isnt cheating, so the phone# thing aint a big deal, and the heights thing is understandable, you were being nice, and the whole lap thing, so what you were just joking around, none of those things would bother me, but then again i would never be with some 1 i didnt trust

You're giving open signals to other people that you're available. Giving a guy your phone number is definitely cheating if you're looking to hook up with him and it isn't school/work related.
If you're going to play games like this, then do the mature thing and break up with your current boyfriend. He doesnt deserve this sort of treatment from such a selfish person.
