337 times the word "Woman" mention in the King James Version.

How many times did Jesus called his mother "Woman"? Jesus calls His Mother "Woman" twice. Jesus calls Mary "woman" from
Calvary and in the Cana wedding.

The only one I can think of off the top of my head was at the wedding feast in Cana. This address was not a reproof of severity, but a term of respect, Jesus normal, polite way of addressing women. Sometimes I call my mother woman, as my husband does to me also.

I haven't got the slightest idea what Jesus ever said or didn't say because all we have on that is what others have translated as being what somebody wrote that he said. But that aside, one thing is very certain; two thousand years ago NOBODY communicated in the way people today do and most certainly we, in the West, can't possibly make comparisons between what we say today, in our language, and the way they, two thousand years ago in a completely different language and culture, might have expressed the same thing. I think that's about as close as we will ever get to guessing any of it.

He calls His mother "woman" twice. One time Jesus says "Woman, behold your son. Son, behold your mother" and another time Jesus says "Woman, it is not my time."

Though this seems harsh by today's standards, He is not saying "woman" to insult his mother. Actually, He says this to acknowledge that His mother is the "woman" of Genesis and Revelation, who crushes the head of the serpent. Also, in the Bible, woman and mother are more similar terms than in modern times.

I never counted. My son sometimes calls me woman, but I know he's kidding with me, because I know he has the utmost respect for me and would never say it in the way you apparently think Jesus did. Back in JC's day, I'm sure all men referred to their mother as woman from time to time. Remember, we're talking the Middle East and Mary wore a burka too.

When he was young, my brother called my mother "Toots." I haven't a clue what he calls her now, but she's 'mom' to me.
