I have been going to the bathroom (to pee) at least once every 45 minutes to an hour, I have not increased my beverage intake, it seems even if I don't drink anything I still have to go every 45 minutes. What could this be? I do not have a bladder infection, I always know when I have one of those, and it isn't a small amount of urination it is a large amount as if you held it in for a while. Has anyone else gone through this before, if so what was it.

I am ttc, but we are taking a break this month, but have not been using protection. (BTW i am married) This has been going on for a few days now. For the last two mornings I have had to get up at like 5am to go to the bathroom and that doesn't happen at all (except of course when i was pg with my son) The only other symptom that may be pregnancy related is nausea and things tasting different to me. But I don't feel like I did when i was pregnant the first two times ( I had a m/c before I got pg with my son) So that is why I ruled out pregnancy.

If you are pregnant it is because when you first get pregnant your body's blood volume increases which inturn makes excess fluid which is why you are having to pee more often. Completely normal. This should let up in the second trimester but by the third trimester it will be the pressure form the baby on your bladder that will make you have to go pee more often. Fun Huh? I would bring this up at your next visit to your ob appointment just to make sure its not a sign od something else.

I would take a pregnancy test just to make sure, but I did notice when I started taking prenatal vitamins I had to pee a lot more, including in the middle of the night. I am not a mid nite pee'r. Maybe that's whats causing you to go more. Good Luck

I know you are ttc, and I am too. I feel that I have been making myself physically feel symptoms that may or may not be there. Try to not think about it for a little while, and see if it goes away. I seem to have a new symptom every day!

I have that problem. I am also 15 weeks pregnant. If you are not pregnant then I would have your doctor check for diabetes. It can cause an increase in urination too. Good luck

It could be many things. Pregnancy. Or it can also be just and incontinence problem (especially if you have recently had children)
Go see a doctor. Whatever the problem it, you will need to be seen by a doctor.

If you are pregnant then this is totally normal. More so at the beginning and the end but sometimes throughout also.

if you are not pregnant, then you should go to the doctor and have your kidneys checked. i had a kidney infection a long time ago and that was one of the symptoms.
