I have a weird face. I didnt get my eyebrows done, and have a little hair on my upper lip. I always leave my hair down. How do I out my hair up into a very CUTE Styling sassy ponytail?! ..... for school?

Just make a ponytail in the middle of your head - not too high, not too low, and it would be cute if you wore a ponytail beside your ear, but I don't mean sticking out, just hanging low on your shoulder. It's ok about your eyebrows and hair on your upper lip. You don't need to do anything for that. If you want, you could get your eyebrows done, (plucking them all by yourself is the easiest way because you know when it hurts) and you can use hair removal for your upper lip. Use Nair, the product has nice smells.

I am not going to shower you with pity, but you really do need to work on the self love. And if little tweaks like getting your brows and lip waxed do it for you, then go for it.
A great shoulder length haircut with layers makes for a very cute ponytail. The hair tends to look healthier at this length, and with a great conditioner, will be very soft. I have NO clue what type pf hair you have, but when you blow dry your hair, part the first inch and a half on the side and blow dry so that it lays parted. Pull all of the rest of the hair back, and then sweep the section across your forehead and behind your ear, into the ponytail. ADORABLE.
And honey-seriously, don't do that anymore. It doesn't make people feel sorry for you. People attack when they smell weakness.

Yeap, I vote for all who said to work on your self-esteem and confidence first.
Love thy self and that shine of confidence will just show! But don't be a stuck-up either.
Enough of pep-talks.
You can always try waxing for both the upper lip hair and the eyebrows but there's another alternative called threading.
I'm not sure if this is offered in your country/town, but it's really fast and cheaper than waxing. They'd use cotton thread on your face to remove unwanted hairs.
But whatever it is that you decide to do, remember that too skinny eyebrows are very much passe.
And for hairstyling tips, I'd say get a new haircut. The pageboy slash bob haircut is still very in. Get a concave one is you dare!
