I'm afraid that my ex-girlfriend is confused between me and her current boyfriend (at least that's what i hope in a weird sort of way). I miss her so much. I love her in such a way that i would kill to protect her. I want to just get her back permanently. It hurts to know that she left me for him. I feel like i want to beat the living crap out of her current boyfriend knowing that he has what i had. But that wouldn't solve anything (unfortunately). He used to be an acquentance of mine. And he is scared **** that i'm going to beat him in the ground (i look at him occasionally and he turns away REALLY QUICKLY). I want to just go nuts. I want her back more than anything....
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Just leave the situation alone period. I've been in that situation before and i'm a female. Thats what she wants. They want you to make a fool of yourself. Actions speaks louder than words. Just figure out a plan and stick to it. Show them that you're bigger and better because if she loved you she wouldn't have did you like that. Love hurts, but when you get over it you will look back and realize how much time that you've wasted. Find someone that'll love you like you love them. But first, look deep before you leap. Make sure she's the one. The mind is a terrible thing to waste. You're better than that just let them be happy, and when she realizes that you've given up she'll be after you. But if its ment to be then it will.

first of all... does she know that u still feel so strongly about her? because that would be the first step... if she is having any issues or conflicts with him, than the knowledge that you are still very very interested may help her to make a decision, but don't beat him into the ground unless he's done something wrong, otherwise like u said, it won't solve anything except a split second of anger and rage

You have to tell her how you feel. But sorry to say she mostly likey will either not take you back, cause it seems like she had already moved on with somone else.. or she will take you back and do it all over again to you. Leave you for someone better. She doesn't sound like a nice person. There are sooo many girls out there, find another one! SOmeone who cares about you.

i know you want her back your having the hardest time in your life rite now so much is going on & you still cant find person that you can talk to cuz she's the one you talk to, your going to need time & lots of it!

first off violence is not the answer and im glad you understand that. secondly good things come to those who wait. or you will find the perfect girl even if it is not your ex-girlfriend, though heres hoping. though i dunno it might not be so bad to beat up her new boyfriend since hes neither vegetarian nor a small cuddly animal ^.~
