I don't know what's holding you back, but whatever it is I think you shouldn't let it get in your way. Let go of everything that's holding you back and start showing how you feel.

Just the other day I felt brought down but a LOT of things and I didn't know how to show how I really felt. Last night, I decided to let go of anything that held me back.

Believe in yourself. Let go of anything that's bringing you down.

i have felt the same way due to soem traumatic events. i wasn't really sure what i should do about my emotions, but recently I have started writing down at the end of the day what happened and how it made me feel. I don't like the idea of journaling, so i just write down the emotions i had that day and try to discuss them out on paper. If you don't like to write, a trusted friend might help if they are commited to listening to you. I have just started this recently and I find it helps me feel a lot better and deal with a lot of stress. It's good practice and then you will know in passing with people how you feel about something.

A lot of people feel the same way you do. It's hard to gain attention from others and say what you really mean to say when there are so many distractions going on around us. Check out a few books about improving communication and listening skills. I bet these will prove helpful!

You say you like poetry? Well, you might want to write and express your feelings that way, but poetry scares some girls away. So maybe after writing then reading the poetry you'll have a better understanding of how you feel.

Try writing it down, sometimes things come easier on paper. After you write it, it becomes easier to say it. If you still can't express how you really feel in words, just give them a note or IM or e-mail always works.

Times like these you should always take a big deeep breath and let it all out clear ur head and then gather all of ur thoughts...then try to find words that express your feelings..is it love..money...problems..family?? anything it should be easier like that

jus b ur normal self like everyday, dont b ashame or worry about anything around u, smile at anyone u see, it'll makes u more friendlier, but also pay attention to the situation

Go to counseling and work on it. If you can't communicate in a relationship now you will have problems in the future.
