I recommend tanning. The sun and tanning beds shoot out UV rays which will dry up your acne and releases oils from your skin, ultimately clearing up your skin and giving you a healthy complexion.

Clearasil Ultra face wash works pretty well. You might also want to try a moisturiser for people with oily/acne prone skin. These generally contain Salicylic Acid (one of the active ingredients in Aspirin), which cleans inside your pores. Wash and moisturise twice a day, and if your skin becomes greasy between washes, rub some alcohol free toner on it with a cotton ball. Try not to over-clean your skin, otherwise your skin will increase the amount of oil it produces to compensate. Using a mud-mask once a week for 15 minutes can also help remove impurities from your skin.

Cod Liver Oil is also pretty good for your skin.

wont work with diets and water for christmas day great stuff to take but needs time to take all the bad toxics out! if your a smoker this cause bad skin so reduce or stop them use water or babywipes to clean your skin never use soap it blocks pores try to avoid foundation for the week this also causes blockage in pores steam your face and use a good face mask mud masks are great im speaking from experience but to follow these tips your skin will get worse before its fab for about 6 to 8 weeks fruit is fab to clear skin just use a fab concealer for now dont overdo foundation it actually makes them look worse and powder is a killer for bad skin

You might want to stay away from the dairy and get acquainted with fruits and water.

I did, and my face is getting better.

And try out face-washing routines that works better for your skin.

i.e: after school, wash face with Noxzema; apply a thin layer of acne medicine at night; in the mornings, don't do anything to your face.

I assume you mean your face.

Wash regularly, but only use mild un-perfumed soap.

Eat healthy foods, and drink plenty of water.

Avoid worry or stress.

Wash your hair at least four times per week, again using a mild shampoo.

No promises or guarantees, but this should help you.
All the best.

GO to your GP and get proper treatment. It will work.
p.s. why whats happening on christmas day- think about yourself for the long term. You want it rid completely not just for 1 day dont do anything drastic.
