The girl Im going out with has this thing where she tells me that I would look good together with a certain girl.Not a celibrity but certain girls we know.Then she goes into detail saying because our skintones match and other different things.I thought maybe she wasnt interested in me and trying to push me away but she said theat was like this with her exboyfriend of 8 years who she has a kid with.I cant imagine her with another guy let alone telling her she would look good with someone else.I've never met a girl nor have any of my friends who did this.My family is mostly female and they have never done this or any of my female friends with their boyfriends.She tells me that she cant believe I think thats strange.What does she want me to say?"Ya I think shes hot too"?She told me that it would hurt her if I was interested in another girl or checking someone out though.Its not like shes thinking of us making out,she says.She is definitely different.I dunno,what do you girls think?

I think she is just testing the waters with you to see if you take a glance or make a remark about another girl. I don't know her but it seems like she is just trying to get you to say that she is the only girl for you no matter the way you look as a coulpe. Maybe she is just a little insecure and says she thinks you look better with someone else because she is doubting her worthiness with you. I don't know and maybe I'm a little crazy.

Weird. Bizarre. I can't imagine why she would say a thing like that - was it just an idle comment, like you and the other girl would make good dancing partners because you are well-matched for height and coloring? or was she suggesting that you'd make a good couple?
Tell her you're confused by her comment, and wish she wouldn't talk about you being with other women, because it makes you feel like she is trying to push you away or sabotage the relationship.

ya... that's kinda weird, i've heard ppl say that certain others would look good with other people, but never someone that was already involved in a relationship.... definitely don't say that u think she's hott too, just let her know that u only see yourself with her, and that's how it should be, just you two
