Look, there was a girl I liked. Throughout the years I knew her I never worked up the courage to ask her out. We both went to different colleges. I was not able to take a risk. I can't say that I am happy with my decision.
Look, things don't just usually happen. You need to make your destiny.

Yes, but probably just as unsure as you are.Look, if he is always flirting and talks to you all the time its not like you gotta feel like your asking the guy to marry you.Just ask him if he would like to hang out later or go see a movie or something.
If you give him the option to see that you want to spend more time with him, its very likely his shyness to tell you what he feels will disappear.
Guys worry alot about rejection, especially when younger.
Girls get asked out alot and most guys know this but also know alot of them askers get rejected, so they are skiddish about taking the chance.Balls ussually in your court. Make the most of it!.Good luck!

Ok, well I know what its like to like a guy. And I think he probably likes me back to. So, what I would do is the next time you guys chat, get into the subject of dateing, and then tell him, "Have you ever wondered what it would be like if we were going out with each other". Let him answer. Then ask him, "If I asked you to go out with me would you say yes". Wait for answer. Then go from there. Sometimes guys don't think, even if they have a pretty girl in front of them. Its crazy. Hope this helps,
Kitty

You should go for it! I met a guy at work 7 years ago, I thought he was cute. We were the same as you and this guy, had alot in common, we had our lunch together, we got along great, I thought he liked me but was not sure. So, I was taking my car in for a tune up, so I asked him to pick me up at the shop, we went to the movies, had dinner, and today we have 3 kids and have been married for 6 years.

There seems to be some sort of attraction between the two of you, but don't confuse friendly feelings with romantic ones. Best thing would be to go out sometime to a movie and maybe during it grab his hand. If he goes with it, then you're good. :)

Afterward you can mention how much you appreciated you guys did that, and then say that you think he'd be a good person to date and hope he feels the same way. If he says "no thank you" then at least you know :)

In today's world it does not matter if you approach a guy first or the otherway round. I would advise that you secure the opportunity and ask him before its too late!

Well, you could make a subtle first move! Just hint on movies, coffee, etc and see if he asks you out :-)
