The Orthodox Churches do not subscribe the the authority of the Pope. Theologically speaking, there are only a few differences between the Catholic & Orthodox churches. This is why it is sometimes permitted for members of one church to receive sacraments in the other.

Orthodox church homes are a twin of Catholics in each and every way except that they do no longer comprehend the authority of the Pope. there replaced right into a schism a million,000 years in the past the position the Orthodox chop up off because they did not believe the Pope on the time replaced into the "authentic" Pope. even with the undeniable fact that, immediately, using Ecumenical flow, those 2 church homes are re-starting to be a member of and Orthodoxy has eager to settle for the Pope in spite of everything.

The Orthodox churches believe the same things that the Catholic Church teaches except the primacy of the bishop of Rome. They think the Pope is first among equals, but not authoritative.

Well in 1054 the one church split into the Catholic and Orthodox Churches. There are many different autonomous ethnic Orthodox churches in communion with the Patriarch of Constantinople.

ALL ARE FALSE CHURCHES. After studying the Bible I have found much evidence in scripture that go against the teachings and doctrine of the Catholic and East and Western Orthodox Church.
"Howbeit the most high dwelleth not in temples made with hands." Acts 7:48
If you believe the Catholic and the Orthodox sacraments or your good life are going to get you to heaven you are sadly mistaken.
Only by faith will you be saved. Follow the Bible which is God's Word and not the teachings of man.
It is not "your church", "my church",or "our church." It is His Church.
Not one time will you find a personal pronoun before them, except in Matt 16:18 when Jesus says "upon this rock I will build my church".
