Actually if you shave the fur/hair off any animal, it will grow back. Also, there are animals that do get their fur/hair cut/shave on a regular basis for one reason or another; sheep for their wool, some dogs for appearance reasons for the free hair from their eyes.

So all hair/fur will keep growing to a certain length and if you cut/shave the hair/fur it will grow back to that length.

That's because animals shed the hair and we don't. (Although some might argue this point.) Animals such as dogs have a winter coat and a summer coat. In the fall the gain a winter coat by growing an extra layer of fur under the one you see.
In the spring as the weather gets warmer they shed this coat. Air-go no cutting. (Hair on any animal does continually grow)
Let me add that some dogs do require a cutting because of the natural fur coat they do have, makes it extremely hot for them in the summer.

Because they don't give a damn about how they look! They know that it's all good and it's not the important stuff, staying alive and not hungry...now that requires some thinking!
The only reason men bathe is to get in a woman's panties! or else they would be contented to fart, scratch and sniff each other for entertainment, after bragging about their impressive 'manhood's!' Know what I mean?
Ladies???

Animal hair does continue to grow. Some animal shed, but not all do. Those that don't will have there hair worn down by natural processes.

Shaggy dogs have to keep getting their hair cut.

And no matter how many times you cut it... it always grows back.

Maybe we are dogs??
