Besides all the nutrition and exercise advice you're getting here, which is good, when you DO cut it, cut it at the new moon. Hair grows faster during a waxing moon. Conversely, if you want your haircut to last longer (take more time to grow out) cut it when the moon is full. This may be an old wives' tale, but hey: it could also be true. I used to have long long hair and always followed that rule. Your question reminded me I'd forgotten.

eat a lot of protiens. take multivitamins and vitamin supplements for your hair nails and skin all in one. You can purchase these vitamins at a GNC store or Walmart. good luck
o by the way you need to trim your hair every 6 weeks for better results.

Eat vitamins and try to get at least 9 hours of sleep every night. Patience also works. If you want them long right now, gets extentions!

when you expose your hair to the cold, it grows faster since your body is convinced that you need more protection on top of your head. my friend was in the army, she shaved her head bald and it grew back so quick i couldn't believe she shaved her head!

There is this shampoo with a horse on it the bottle is tan.Its really good stuff.I used to use it.
