It's nothing. I've had those before and get all concerned and then it goes away. I usually get them after having burned my tongue on something hot.

This could be an indication of stomach problems, or bad oral hygiene. Talk to a dentist or a regular doctor.

Use hydrogen peroxide as a mouth wash. It will heal it, if it is a fever blister or cancer sore.
It should heal in just a day or two, if you mouthwash twice a day.
