Very small circular that looks like a taste but but is white in colour. I can see it slightly coming out of the tongue.

Tongue ulcers. They come from eating sour food. Treat with Vitamin B.

It's nothing. I've had those before and get all concerned and then it goes away. I usually get them after having burned my tongue on something hot.

This could be an indication of stomach problems, or bad oral hygiene. Talk to a dentist or a regular doctor.

Use hydrogen peroxide as a mouth wash. It will heal it, if it is a fever blister or cancer sore.

It should heal in just a day or two, if you mouthwash twice a day.

Does it hurt? If so, you could just have an inflamed taste bud.

did u get any peircings and took it off?
other then that it could be bacteria building up and you licked somthing sick
