I don't know what to do, I am so worried and scared. Pregnant???

My menstrual cycle lasts from approcimately 28-30 days. On the 11th of December marked the 28th today and yesterday marked the 30th. I have yet to get my period. I am so hysterically freaking out, I am about to break down :(. I know my period is a day late, but here is the situation: In early September (8th - 12th)I was with this guy, and although no sexual intercourse took place, I did get fingered and I gave him a hand job. The thing is, what if he had moist precum on his finger when he fingered me...would that get me pregnant? He never went "inside" my vagina, that's for sure. I am a virgin and told him not to because I know it hurts. I had ovulated on September 1st-2nd - so, in this case, there would have been no egg when I was with the guy, right (they last 24-48 hrs I read somewhere). I got my period 3 days after this incident and they went as follows. Sept 15, Oct 16, Nov 13 [so 3 perods in all] My question is can I still be pregnant? I am so worried.

Oh, I was also in a jacuzzi with him. What if he released semnal fluids into the water? Could that get me pregnant? (I had a swim suit on, if that makes a difference.)

I am feeling all the PMS symptoms: extremely sore breasts, tender back pain, leg cramps, etc. But no period in sight :(

you are not pregnant. you are simply just freaking yourself out over nothing. take a pregnancy test to ease your mind but the chance you are pregnant is slim to none. The test will come out negative and you will go on w/ your life.

Your not pregnant. The first situation it is not possible because the semen was exposed to air (semen can not live once hit with air. Second with the jacuzzi no can't get pregnant through the water. Now if you had sex in the jacuzzi and he ejaculated inside you yes.

Now you have had steady periods for the last three months so I would definitely say no.

It is normal to run a couple days late, your body is forever changing hormonally, this can cause fluctuations in your cycle, plus you are stressing yourself out which can also delay a cycle.

You are not pregnant. Stress (as you are having) is very likely what is holding up your period. Sperm would not have lived in the water so you are fine, relax and you will have your period. And if you need the reassurance of not being pregnant go buy a pregnancy test and then you'll know but seriously don't worry.

There is no way you are pregnant. You are young so your cycles are still irregular. But, if you are deciding on having intercourse in the near future, I would recommend to go to your OB/GYN or local Planned Parenthood and research birth control. It is better to get on it now, because you may end up having sex sooner than you planned and you won't be as protected. Condoms are only 80% effective.

I don't see how you could be pregnant if you've had your period since then. If you're having PMS symptoms then why would you be worried? If it freaks you out so much go buy a pregnancy test.

stress can sometimes cause a period to be late, especially if you are still irregular.

I would suggest to not have an kind of sexual relations until you are ready to have a baby. don;t feel as though you will miss out, you will find the one guy who will make your life wonderful, emotionally and sexually.

You don't have to have penetration to get pregnant, only a transfer of fluid.

2. Get a pregnancy test from the pharmacy
