where do fish go when it tures cold and what is the best fly to uses on fly rod in that lake ??

They move to deeper water. I'd suggest a leach pattern made from rabbit skin fished SLOW. The metabolism of the fish slows down in colder water and they won't chase a bait like they will in warm water. You could also try a Muddler Minnow fished slow. Anything with a big profile fished slow should work.

They go south for the winter. I would use a surface fly. Good luck ;)
