oh, that sucks. knowing it is coming is almost as bad as when it gets there.
don't get dehydrated. make sure you keep drinking because nothing is worse then dry heaving. its much better to keep something coming up at least.
stock up on a variety of juices and water and something light to eat. toast and saltine crackers. you need the items at hand in case you feel like you could keep it down. not being prepared is awful too.
i konw that immodium AD and pepto bismal don't really do anything BUT it makes me feel better knowing i am taking something to feel better. it is all mental but works for me.
feel better! SD

You need to see your doctor to determine is you have a stomach virus.Only he/she can give you the cure. I know what you mean about the pain. I'm on a course of various pills for Helicobacter Pylori. It's just been diagnosed after several trips to see the doc and hospital. Get medical advice before it gets a hold of you. Hope you just have something simple like an upset stomach. Good luck

Time may be your only cure. To help your immune system, drinking some liquids with vitamin C will help but don't overdue. Try and get fluid in your body and just take it easy for a bit.

There are no "home remedies" for a virus. Virus can only be treated with a dose of antibiotics. You need to make an appointment with your primary care physician. He/she can treat you with the correct medication and give you something to get rid of the pain and nausea.
Hope you feel better!
