Well, yeah. I mean, they really should think more about the feelings of the person they're seeing romantically rather than about themselves. I don't think it respects the feelings of either party (the person flirted with, or the significant other of the flirt) and that it's really tacky.

I don't know if I'd be willing to trust someone like that in a relationship ; I'd always be wondering whether or not they were flirting with someone else while with me.
