there is girl i like and i tell her how i felt about her. she says she will take to me later on the internet, but she never does. when she sees me in the hallways she always says hi to me. and i never notice her when she is in the hallway. is she playing hard to get? help me.

It's hard to tell,not enough to go on.
Keep the lines of communication open and see where it goes.
See if the two of you share any common interest and go with that until you can get a better read on it.

Sounds like she doesn't know how to tell you that she is not into you. She is actually avoiding you...not playing hard to get! Sorry!

Do whatever you feel like doing. Act normal don't be who you thinks she wants you to be just be yourself and if she's meant for you then she will make a move or give you a line to make a move on her.

she seems on to you. if she wasnt she wouldnt be so friendly. i do think she is playing hard to get. keep at it and she'll be yours eventually. she definately has a thing for you though.
