Where can I get some chep or better yet free ceramic tiles (pieces of full ones) J dont want to spend a lot.?

Go to a shop that sells tiles and tell them that you are broke and
just want to get some broken pieces. They probably have a pile
that they just throw away. If they wont give you any - wait until
they close and take a look in their trash bin.

Go to a tile showroom with warehouse and ask what they have on clearance. Tell them you are looking for a bargain.
