Yes, you are! Drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day...because you need to keep the blood moving and this includes the circulation through your brain. Eat 3 healthy meals a day, and sleep a lot. Healthy snacks inbetween meals.

As far as dehydration goes, your urine should be basically clear. The more yellow it is, the more dehydrated you are. I only mention this because a lot of people are dehydrated and don't really know it.
Dehydration can cause headaches. So can a lot of other things. If you still have problems after being sure you're hydrated, see a doctor.

Taking pain killers does not fix the problem. It only covers up the warning signals your body is trying to send you. Get a check up and find out what the function problem is. Try alternative treatment like Chiropractic and/or Acupuncture.

you need to find out what your headaches are coming from. water will definitely help you out but also jot down when you are getting headaches and when they are at their worst.
it could be from allergies, sinus pressure, a cold, hunger, fatigue, stress...among many other things -- eye strain?

Water? On average it is 8 to10 glasses a day.I would check it out though.
