There is no one true religion. Everyone is different, so naturally, everyone is going to see God differently. Because of this, the way one person worships God will not settle right for the next person.
The religion that I follow works for me. Other religions do not. Does that make my religion the "true" one for everyone to follow? Absolutely not!
Other religions work well for others and they do well. Does that make any religion better than mine? Again, the answer is no.
It's an ego-trip for people to say that their holy book or their own interpretation of their book is the "true" way to go.
I think that there is a bit of God's truth and a lot of human interpretation in every religion. It's just a matter if human trial and error to figure out which is which.

"True Religion" is a loaded term, honestly.
Do I believe that I know the truth? Absolutely. But I hardly believe that I know enough ABSOLUTE truth to claim a "true religion". After all, isn't true faith continually growing and adapting to reflect personal revelation of God? Once you set the articles of your faith into the stony tablets of a "religion," you're already dangerously close to an outdated and certainly egocentric belief system.
Furthermore, although I am certain of many things that I believe, there are others who are certain of their beliefs, even when they are in conflict with my own. Who am I to say that what God has revealed to me necessarily has authority over them? I believe things today that I did not believe ten years ago. I will believe things ten years from now that I do not believe today. Just because someone else is in a different place in their faith journey certainly does not make them "wrong".
To close, the Truth will find you. The only real question is whether or not you will be open to it when it approaches.

Honestly I dont know. I am still searching for the answer to this one myself. I do know however that everyone that is religious thinks theirs is the right one. So in this aspect the answer is yes, and I think everyone should allow everyone else to make their own choice when it comes to religion. I mean if it works for you and makes you a better person and drives you to love one another then it obviously works for that person. The only thing that really annoys me about religion is the fear that is put into people about making the wrong choice. ie you will go to hell for ever and be tormented if you dont believe in what I believe. Religion to me is about personal enlightenment and becoming closer to a higher being. (Which ever one is yours) Which in turn should help you become a better person and assist you to grow from strength to strength.

The true religion is submission to God. And no matter what title you give yourself, you righteousness depends on how you exercise you religion. Sometimes you may have something less, but get more good out of it, and sometimes you may have the best (Islam) and yield bad results. A title is simply an invitation and direction towards The Lord of All the Worlds, but the practicing of it is what counts. It matters not how much we have (Islam) but how much good we can get out of it.
So I would say someone whom submits themselves to God more, is on the true path.

My beliefs are the only true beliefs for *me*, but I don't believe that there is only one true religion. All have value and everyone is attracted to the belief system where they are supposed to be.

If I may suggest simply that each of us can ask ourselves this same question. I am familiar with many religions. I am a Christian. For me it is not about Christianity. It is not about theology. I can know theology. I can know Christianity. And knowing this it is possible to not know Christ."One can not come to Christ, unless the Father draw him." I know Jesus Christ. When the first Christians knew Christ, they formed a new community. They went out and shared the gospel. There was a 'Jesus Movement' in Jerusalem. I believe we need another 'Jesus Movement.'. . . not more Christianity, not more theology but MORE CHRIST.

while I do believe that my religion is true and correct. That dose not automatically make other religions invalid or false.
not everyone is the same as such G-d in his infinite wisdom allows multiple ways of reaching him.

My "true religion" is that God loves all of his children, and wants them to love each other. That is on the inside, on the outside, I'm a christian.

What is religion?
I don't believe in religion.
I believe in living by faith. I want to know my God, and see Him face to face when I meet him in heaven.
Jesus sais, "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
