I do believe they can. Not 100% sure, but would not rule it out. Call your local rape-crisis center/hotline. They will know, or will know someone who will know.

Good luck to whoever it is who needs it.

No but the guy who raped can get charged.
He can't get charged becuase he didn't do the raping.

Sry this isn't a very good answer.

Actually yes, he would be charged as his helper or something. He did technically help abduct the person and he didnt do anything to help the situation!

he could be charged as an accessory after the fact, by not intervening to prevent the assault he contributed to it. You would be better off asking this question in the law and order

Most certainly! Just as a person does a crime and drives a person to it. Only a lesser charge, I think.

I would think that they would be charged with aiding and abetting. Or something similar because they didn't do anything to stop the rapist.

YES HE IS, THERE IS THE GOOD SAMARITAN LAW WHEREIN YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO HELP SOMEBODY IN DISTRESS IN ANY WAY YOU CAN, SECOND IF HE JUST WATCH AND STOOD BY AND HE IS A COMPANION OF THE RAPIST HE COULD BE HELPING AND ABETTING A CRIME TO BE COMMITTED.
