In a rape case can the guys friend who stood by and watched be charged?? Why or Why Not??

Does it then become gang rape?? His friend raped me but he was there too. Will he be dragged into all this??

I'm not sure, but I'm sure he'd be charged something, you'd think... Either way it should be reported.

First off, I'm sorry to hear that something like that happened to you.
Second of all, the guy that was watching will be charged for sure. He didn't stop him friend from hurting you, and therefore he is an excesory to the crime.
As for you, I would suggest counseling if you feel you need help. You're not alone in this situation. There are a lot of people that have been where you are, myself included. Stay strong and keep your head up. it will be a big slap in the guys face when he gets locked up for what he did to you, and you're still strong.

Sure, the more people they charge the more money goes into the "legal" system. It's all about money and they couldn't give a rat's rear end about what it does to the peoples' lives that will be ruined.

Yes he should be charged with something. Just as someone who watches a beating..murder...who is ABLE TO HELP AND DOESNT. Accessory...s o m e t h i n g

Yes he was an assessory to the crime. A crime was committed and he did nothing to stop it. He should get in trouble too.
