i said how i was feeling so down and depressed and felt i could not go on. can i just say a very big thank you to all you kind people who took the time to answer and give me hope and encouragement. i feel as if my head is starting to lift above the cload. it was all down to you guys. cheers and merry christmas.

Hey sometimes just look outside for something colorful that God has provided through nature...a sunset..a flower..the bright blue sky...look for something...You will always find something..always....why?...because there is always beauty out there...you just need to look for it. This is just a little something I think about...when my day may not go well.

Christmas can be the hardest season of all when you are feeling down; everyone else feeling good etc.
You just have to survive it but with a bit of luck you may enjoy something about it too.
