On my eyebrow the skin is dry and flaky occasionally usually every morning. It has never done this years before. Could it be the cold weather because it doesn’t look irritated I usually just wipe it off and put shea butter on it. But then later on in the day it is flaky again. It is usually on the part closer to the center of the bridge of my nose. So what is going on why is it doing this? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

could just be the cold weather and the heat in your home. try brushing your brows really well with a brow brush or toothbrush. that will remove old dead skin and let the new skin come through. there is a creme at department stores called "eight hour creme" by elizabeth arden that will clear up burns and other skin conditions. you might try that at night. if it persists, you may consider a dermatologist.

Maybe best to see a dermatologist.. you may have sensitive skin. I like vitimin e oil or nivea cream - not expensive and may help ..
