I had a Fish Monger years ago who would always steer me in the direction of what was fresh that day, never sold me yesterday's fish. I was a good customer, ate fish for dinner at least 4 times a week.

I'm pretty lucky to have a huge market nearby, that carries fresh everything -- and quite a variety (veggies/fruit/fish/meat). A real treat, is going to a Farmer's Market, where I can get more of a selection & answers to all my questions.
