I played volleyball a week ago and I was wondering if it is normal for your arms to still be red and puffy? They don't hurt or anything. I was wondering if any of you guys had this happen before?

I have had them do that that day, and maybe the next (if I played in a tournament the day before), but that is all.

Was the ball real leather, or cheap pleather or plastic coated? That would be the only thing I can thing of to cause such a reaction for so long. . .

Well the redness is ok, but the puffiness I don`t know, the best thing to do is apply ice to it.
