There are evidence of rising temperatures and melting glaciers, and nobody cares about it. There is more insterest in Britney showing herself without panties than this issue, that is going to kill thousands in near future.

Yes indeed, there are evidence.

Or should it rather be singular, for a singular form of a word? This makes you seem very credible.

But everyone cares about your evidence because they want to hear it. There are memory holes in the past where data which proved that part of the Middle Ages (700-1300) was much warmer than today. Read this article, or, for the barely literate or time-crunched of you out there, just look at the graphs, which still convey the message.

I think older people, who do not have young children, that they are naturally protective of in the best of situations, are going to find it very difficult to acknowledge this issue. I have been going on about this for several years, to friends and family, and most just laugh and say oh well........ I feel guilty bringing the subject up when I am around parents of small children. I have heard one theory (that we could go from a dramatic sea level rise to an ice age in the next 30 years). How many parents want to think about something that could take the life of their child before they get a chance to grow old? Until I saw a possible sea level rise map that included the city I live in, I did not feel the urgency that I feel now. But......if the government were to announce to their country that certain areas would be going under the ocean........can you imagine the panic and mayhem that would develop? I can't even imagine how bad. Some people who say it was the will of god, some would say it is man's fault and some and some, who already overwhelmed with so many problems (like Dafur).......it would probably be the last straw for some people. If you knew your city was going to go under in the next year, you had to move (noone would buy your house- your realestate would be worthless), find a job, compete for those 2 things with all of the other "refugees" who are relocating..........?
