Im 13 years old 5 foot 7 inches and i weigh 130 pounds... it's hard to excercise because i have school. Are there any easy things i can do to lose weight???

DON'T listen to these posts that are trying to sell you something, they aren't here to help you, they are here to make money.
Losing weight is all about eating less calories than you burn. Google "calorie calculator". A calorie calculator will help you determine how many calories you burn a day. Then start figuring out how many calories are in the food you eat. It gets easier to do the more you do it. Exercise will help because it adds to the calories you burn each day...but it is harder to do when you have school. If you can, try and make sure that one of your classes involves physical activity. Also, keep in mind the minimum amount of calories you need a day to live are 1200.
Healthier foods naturally have less calories. An apple has about 70, but a McDonald's Big Mac has 563.
Also, he best way to make sure you eat right is by keeping high fat, high calorie foods away, so you're not even tempted. Don't go near the food court, just bring your own lunch if you can.

Well just staying on your feet and taking the long way to lunch or classes can help.
And for you being 5 foot 7 and only 130 pounds, that's not bad at all!!

Dear QTPIE? Great question! Exercise gently daily help control hunger & give energy. Swim / Tai Chi feels great 4 me. W/ little exercise feel better. Walk, take stairs, ride bike, help @ home. Of course eat good food. Drink 1 oz water per lb body weight.

At school, u can try to join a sport you might like or just get some time on the weekend and join a group of friends and get some exercise outside!!
