Well I'm a 23 yr old male, I'm 6'1" and weigh 190 lbs. I am the same way in that I binge eat....mostly out of boredom. If I'm just sitting around and watching T.V. I usually just feel like I need to eat something even if I'm not hungry. This has resulted in 30 lbs in the last two years. I got to be as big as 209 lbs. What I have done to try to change this is First, Exercise!! not only for the Health factor but if I'm at the gym or on the track, I'm not Eating!!
Second, watch what you eat. As for the Holidays I know its hard not to eat till you have to "Loosen up the Ol' Belt" haha, how I counter this is I always work out or exercise after those family meals, If I know that I have to go run or something after I eat that will keep me from gorging! Bottom line you 'll just need to be patient with yourself, cause if you get down it only makes it worse, you seem to be at a healthy weight so just don't be to hard on yourself, plan for the future, but just live one day at a time and you'll be fine

Sweetie, you're underweight and not even a teensy bit fat, so you don't have anything to worry about! If you really want to lose the few pounds you may have gained, please do it in a healthy way-- watch what you eat for the next few days (but DO NOT starve yourself! you should have at *least* 1500 calories a day), and jog or do some yoga every night... Those last few pounds will be off in a few days.
If you find yourself binging a lot, please talk to your parents, a school counselor, or a doctor. Eating disorders can be tough to control, and you'll need all the help and support you can get!

You have an eating disorder. You need to seek out professional help. What you are doing is NOT healthy. By starving and binging, you might lose weight now, but you will mess up your metabolism and then get fat later on in life. The healthy way to lose weight is to exercise and eat 5 small meals a day. If you eat 5 healthy, small meals you will keep your metabolism up and burn more fat.

I find the best thing is to make sure you eat 5+ servings of veggies a day. This takes up space so the fattening stuff can't. Also getting enough sleep prevents the munchies you get from being tired. And if you try to do some enjoyable, moderate activities once a day (like a pleasant 30 min walk) keeps your moods in check.

Don't starve yourself because when you starve you lose muscle. When you lose muscle your body needs less calories so more of the calories you eat will end up as fat. Understand that its ok to weigh more if that weight is muscle weight. Muscle is heavier than fat but you will look even better. Weight train to put on extra muscle so you use more calories and lose fat easier and keep it off.
Eat smaller meals more often to keep from losing muscle.

Um... you can't have anorexia for "a month or two". It's a serious disease that lasts until you get treatment, and you can't just decide not to be anorexic anymore- you keep losing weight until you die or get help. That said, you do seem to have food issues. It would be a good idea for you to see a therapist or counselor as soon as possible.

Girl, Like I've said, you need to get straight with your priorities. Before you figure out whats important to you, and why, you, unfortunately, have very little chance of succeeding with anything. There are no magic answers or solutions. You must ultimately turn to your self and ask only your self how much you are willing to commit to achieve your goal and objectives.

I'm not kidding: see a psychiatrist. My dad is one, and I know for a fact that he helps anorexic people. See if there is a support group u can join.
Good Luck
