Should I get it in womans or mens?? Where could I get a ring for him??

Take a string and cut it after you wrap it around his finger, while he is sleeping then take the string to the jeweler to find out the actual size. Sizes vary not by age but by the size of hands etc. God bless****

Measure and be sure. It's ok to tell him what it's for. No use buying a ring and have to return it because it's not the right size.
I think it's a great birthday gift by the way.

boys usually don't wear rings at that age but probably 4-6

everyones finger/hand sizes are different, the best thing you can do is go size him with string while he is sleeping or steal a ring he already has and try it on your hand.
age nor height has to do with finger width. sorry

just take a guess. you can get rings sized up or down for free if it doesn't fit.

it depends on if he a has manly hands or petite hands but u can always guess it and if it doesn't fit get it resized
