What should i do my science fair project on?

I am an eight grade student and am looking for a project that will get me an A. It needs to be cheap and fairly dificult. Please help.

I suggest asking which produces more gas during digestion- fresh vegetables, canned vegetables, or frozen vegetables.

Get perhaps 3 types of vegetables in each variety (fresh carrots, canned carrots, frozen carrots, fresh spinach, canned spinach, frozen spinach, etc.)
Blend them and put them into glass viles (or empty plastic water bottles), and add hydrochloric acid (to act as gastric acid). You can find HCl in most household cleaning products, or buy it at most supermarkets I think. Then cap the bottles with a balloon. Set them to digest and record the air expansion in the balloons over the next couple of days.
I won't tell you what results you'll find, but it's a pretty interesting experiment. I did this project when I was in 8th grade, and got to the State level. Good luck.

You could choose a subject that you've learned about this year in science class. try looking up 'science fair projects' on google or something.
