Can I insert time in MS-Excel which can automatically turn over according to windows time?

Yes, In the cell that you want the time, type =now() click out of the cell, it should now show the date and time. To get the time only, right click the cell, choose format cells, under catagory choose custom, under type choose h:mm AM/PM. click ok
