I'm 21, and already skinny. I don't want to lose weight, I just want to stay healthy and I dont want to go to the gym. Also what kind of exercise should I do to stay healthy, and not lose wait.

If you dont want to loose weight, Theres lots of things you can do without going to the gym, it's all about being active. If you like to take walks swimming and jump rope are awesome for toning muscle. The more active you are, the more calories you need to intake to offset the additional calores you burn during activity. I hope i helped. Lots of good info at www.healthierus.gov.

Well the recommend daily excersise is 3 times a week. I run 3 times a week and do 200 situps a day. I think if yourun and lift weights its the best it keeps you alive and in shape!

light dumbell wieghts a couple of times a week i think 3 is recomended you can find sites on the internet that will give you workout tips..type in dumbellworkout and check some out...remmeber that liffting weights will not make you big but leave you toned if you lift light weights 12-15 reps..good luck
