I have called him twice so far 1st time he had said that he would call the police then 2nd time said he'll press charges. He's a very cute sophmore,blonde hair, same age with permit.

If he's saying he wants to call the police and then said he'll press charges, it's called STALKING!!! That's illegal and you will be thrown in jail. Wake up, he's not interested in you!!!

Sure why not. Worse comes to worse the police come, maybe they'll bring some news cameras and you'll get a few seconds on fame in your local news station.
If you were really asking this question looking for a real answer... no, don't call him back move on and make sure whoever you move onto is at least 50-100ft away from the guy you called twice, cuz he probably got a restraining order for you.

I dont believe you, i doubt that you called him and he said that seriously, i mean, why would anyone say that kind of statement without knowing who the other person is, let alone knowing that both of you go to the same high School

Guy sounds like a jerk. Learn to look at what he is, not what he looks like. Pretend you are not interested, and was a fool for calling him. He might get defensive and give you the time of day then.

no! its not appropriate for a girl to call him, especially for the third time (unless its important). im sorry but, i think he doesn't really like you. if a man likes a girl, he'll take his time to chat for a little while or call back if he's doing somethin urgent.
