My nose won't stop running and I have a sunus headache. I don't want to take a pill, because they really don't help me much. Any suggestions?

Your probably taking the wrong ones for your symptoms. Go to the doctor and tell him your symptoms. He can prescribe something for allergies. I take Singular and it works wonders but they say it only works on some people. Have you tried Claritin D? Its over the counter medicine that used to be a prescription only product. It is for allergies and has a decongestant for the sinus headache. Have you tried to trace what bothers your allergies? Cats, dust, outdoors, or maybe even food can cause allergies. Its best to go to the doctor though. Good Luck.

If you don't want to take any medications you could try other stuff. I took Sinupret forte, when I had problems like you. It always helped me and there are no side effects. You have headache and a running nose because of your sinus. I also use infra red light massage, just heat light, just massage or both, to treat nose problems.

If the weather where you live is anything like the weather here, its driving my allergies crazy too! I don't like taking allergy medication either. Benadryl puts me to sleep and Allegra wires me up. I use a humidifier and put warm compresses on my sinuses.
