A rich man with all his wealth connot get into the gates of heaven, for it's easier for a camel to walk through the eye of a needle then for the rich man to enter the gates of Heaven.
The rich man is not without a cent for he is rich in his ways and dreams therefore he is wealthy. He needs not a dream for he has his wealth therefore he has his dream.

Basically what it's saying is that monetary wealth isn't as important as believing in yourself and having goals. If you've got money and no dreams, the money doesn't do anything for you, on the other hand, if you've got no money and you can dream, you have opportunity.

attain that DREAM.
Once attained, you must find another DREAM.
MERRY CHRISTMAS and have a nice day.
Thank you very much, while you're up.
