i believe we go on in spirit after death yes .. i believe we continue learning and developing
i am told that the spirit world is not too different from here , there are jobs , hobbies , halls , libraries
and we continue in our development until we are ready to return to the energy that we came from ( God if you wish )

I know it for a fact. My Mom recently died; I was in the air on my way home when suddenly I felt her presence. She was with me for quite some time and we communicated, I cant explain quite how, very intensely with each other for a while. After a time, I felt her withdraw and I knew she was gone. That certain knowledge was her last gift to me.

What will I see? I think we will see what we want to see, what we associate with those we knew or know, and what there is to see of the physical reality of the universe... mostly I think we feel, love and the infinite connection of life to each other -- I think all life in the universe is connected. Energy can neither be created nor destroyed and it is the one thing that differentiates a living thing from a non living one.

So --- I beleive that all life is connected thus. Like i said, the second part of your question is still a mystery -- but the first, the answer to your first question I know with a certainty I have never known before.

I definitely do. We wont exist in any recognisable human form but we WILL exist. I believe that we will have consciousness and the ability to communicate with others and I also believe that we will continue to grow and evolve, If you dont agree with this belief then ask yourself what was the point of living on this planet for approx 80 years ? Also do you really believe that you are just flesh and bones ? I dont. We are more than that. We are our minds, our spirit and when we die that spirit moves to a different plane not visible to us mortals here on earth. I find that very reassuring

I believe in life after death on the premise that we have to repay from what we do in this life and it seems impossible to pay off for our wrong doings in this life. What I see is a rebirth in a different place, in different family and different circumstances but one thing is certain that the "lenders" will find us in one way or other and we will be obliged to make the payment. Those lenders could be our own parents, our own children, our own spouse.

I believe that we are all made of the same thing, as is everything in the world. Our energy doesn't disappear on our death, it just gets transfered. We will have no consious knowledge of this.

To quote a very good Highwaymen song -
Perhaps I may become a highwayman again
Or I may simply be a single drop of rain
But I will remain
And I'll be back again, and again and again and again and again

I do believe in life after death.

And I don't think, I know I will see Heaven and be with my Heavenly Father and the Lord Jesus Christ and all my (saved) loved ones and all those (believers) that have gone on before me.

There is a saying I have heard that is a partial truth. It is:
"...All paths lead to God..."

This is partially true because all will stand before the great throne (God's Throne) for judgment. The question is not whether you are going there.

The question should be:

"Are you going to be allowed to stay after you get there?"

Good Day.

No.

My opinion is that the soul is just the combination of genetic coding and memory, resulting in a personality within the brain. When the brain dies, so does the "soul." It's as simple as that.

Yes... But i wont exactly be able to see any thing (body will be left behind along with all the physical senses) it will just be my soul returning to god and being joined with him (aka going to heaven) And because there is no time outside of our universe i will just exist with god in perfect joy and true happiness
