I went out with this guy a while ago and I broke up with him because he was cheating on me. Since then we have just been friends and it's been good. So all of a sudden I started getting to the point where I feel that I really love him. I dont want to get hurt again but he told me he wants to be my man. WHAT SHOULD I DO???

you are hanging out with him and so you are beginning to become infatuated with him thruogh familiarity - not the same as love. Hold out until you know beyond a shadow that you NEED him, not want him.

Don't go back to him... chances are, he'll cheat again. Find someone who knows how to treat a lady. Not all men cheat...find one that doesn't.

if your affriad to get hurt again, talk to him about it or don't be with him and if you really love him, then give him another chance, but if i were you i wouldn't give him another chance cause you never know if hes gonna do it again. trust me.
