if hes already got a gf dont make it too meaningful otherwise SHES goin to get bitchy and HE wont know what to think of it... he wont understand ur intentions.
My suggestion, just get a cd or dvd - something he'll LOVE an thank u for it, but something that 'friends' do give each other. or maybe a ticket to an event hed love to see (comedy, theatre, circus, music festival).. good luck.

Not sure if you think this idea actually shows you care about him more but it's more original. A custom made shirt with a funny slogan on it like "If you don't believe in oral sex keep your mouth shut" or some other phrase you have in mind.
