hi friend
as for anemia as aterm it means
low count of RBC's in blood and actually it can be caused by alot of causes and this can be due to defect in the red blood cells or could be to overdistruction of them for any reason could be to acquiered diseases or congentil and that and could happen normally wiith girls with over menesutural cycle and with pregnant women too ... so good well oxegenated blood cannot reach into ur all tissues taht will make fatigue and tirdness that u are complaing from
and it is so easy and if it is mild then it can be easily treated by replacement of iron or folic acid ... and good savse u and wish u the best results

Anemia is a low red blood cell count. Red blood cells carry oxygen throughout your body. If you don't have enough of them, you can feel fatigued.

Severe anemia can cause heart attacks and other organ damage. If you are anemic, your doctor should try to find the cause. Iron supplements can help your body make more red blood cells.

Hope that helps.

First of all, they had no right to tell you that over the phone. They have to do a blood test.

Anemia is when there is not enough iron in your blood. The way to control it is with iron-rich foods, like fish and beef. (IF you are anemic, they should be able to give you a nice long list of iron-rich foods.)

It's actually not enough iron in the blood. this can be solved with supplements (usually) but should be treated by a doctor who will have to monitor your progress. it's usuall not serious, but you can get quite tired
