I used to actually point it out on my own body. Or do it with friends and point stuff out on each other and where it is. And come up with silly ways to remember everything.

most people would agree that to learn this high level field of study, experience is the best teacher. Being in an actual study laboratory designed for anatomy and physiology gives you both the edge of reading and visual aids.

try www.netanatomy.com--also, go to your local bookstore and find a coloring book for anatomy and physiology. It sounds childish, but that is how I passed my a&p class.

Practise on bodies. Its better to go to a graveyard, dig one up and practice on that. Dont practice on a live person, unless it is yourself
