What age is the car? Is it a DCI or is it an older car. If it is an older car, check the electric stopper on top of the injector pump. Its a large cylindrical switch with 1 wire connecting to the top of it. Connect a meter or a test lamp to the wire to check if there is power going to it. If there is, replace the switch. It is a common fault on the Renault diesel range.

Open up the injectors..Ask someone to turn engin over until you see diesel leak fiercely then one by one, tighten them back up furthest from the riser pump first...Make sure you have a very good battery first....
If it still dos'nt bring diesel to the injectors,Then it must be riser pump problems..

Sounds like a pump OR maybe air in the lines if you've run out of fuel or opened the system.

Have you checked the glow plugs? If diesel is reaching the injectors thats the next most likely cause.
