to text a girl 'miss you' after a couple of dates? Or is it endearing? Bear in mind she was 'too busy' to date me last weekend but has sent me texts this week. Will it put her off?

Under no circumstances say that before she does. Otherwise you will lose the upper hand. If you lose control of the relationship she will begin to take you for granted. I learned this hard lesson to my cost. Do not repeat my mistakes. I certainly wont be doing it again

"miss you" says to a girl that you have deep feelings for her. The fact that she claims that she was "too busy" to date means either that she is playing hard to get or is not all that keen! Dont allow her to play games. Dont allow her to play text games. Each time she texts you.. give her a ring!!! Then ask her directly what she means exactly!!! Or ring her up and ask for a date! People hide behind text message and play people... just dont allow them to!

Too soon buddy, my advice is this..arrange a date with her say 5 days away then the morning you're supposed to meet ring her and flake out say something like "look I cant make it tonight somethings come up"

She will think whooaahh he's not needy and chasing me, and what else is he doing that's better than my company? seriously I use this all the time after a girl friend of mine let me in on it (girls use this test all the time)

Just think like this, what you think will work with women wont in fact do the opposite! e.g if you want to buy her £200 worth gifts after date one, dont, buy her nothing in fact get her to pay for your meal, heads and tails style (get a double headed coin off ebay)lol

Best of luck man

All the girls I know would think that is creepy. Just take her on another date. Maybe ask her out. "Miss you" kind of stuff is more for a longer relationship. Cool your jets or you're gonna get burned buddy.

I would wait. Miss you seems to be more of something that you would send to someone you had been dating a while. If she doesn't know you that well it might freak her out... after she knows you better I am sure she will appreciate it :)

Kill Kittens is right to a point; I've been there myself, but I'd also say honesty is the best policy and not to play games. Do what feels right. You're saying you miss her, not that you're declaring undying love and asking her to have your babies!! I'd find it cute if a man did that.

Play hard to get, dude. If she is keen she's keen. If she isn't then have some self-respect and let her go. Running after her like a lapdog won't do you any favours.

it doesnt sound desperate. for girls, it's nice to hear that they are missed. if she's like, stuck up, then maybe she'll be like eww. but otherwise, i'm sure she'll prolly like hearing that you miss her.
