fiance is american and living here in uk with me. we r marrying in january. than thinking of moving to usa. can i go there and then apply for green card.?? Or what do i need to do???

the best thing to do is after you get married go to the us embassy and apply for your greencard be prepared you will be going to hell and back to get that green card so be prepared make sure the marriage is legit and you can prove it good luck!

I know for sure you will need your marriage license and both of your birth certificates. You of course will need both passports. Try looking up immigration up on the internet. That should link you to something!! Good Luck!!!!
