If your over 18, sleep with her first, then tell her the truth. If you are in High School and will have to see her again, carefully tell her that you don't think you two are compatible for each other. You could try a thing on the side if you wanted, but it sounds like you are more concerned about your buddies finding out about her.

Im in a similar situation where two girls like me and they are best friends. They both keep asking me out. I tell them that im not ready for a girlfriend yet.

tell her ur not ready for a gf right now u have to concentrate on ur life tell her u would love to b friends but cant go any further and if she cant hack that well thats her problem at least u did the right thing and was honest thats all u can ever do

Just tell her the truth that you aren't interested in her. If she likes you there is really no way to do it without hurting her feelings.

All you can do is be honest. Just say you aren't interested in dating her. If she gets hurt from that, then she's got larger problems. Just tell her, and don't lead her on, though.
