I have some, but I'm not sure how old it is.. It's been opened, and to my knowledge, never refridgerated..

Depends on what you mean by "Bad" as far as germs no but TASTE yes.

Kahlua also is notorious for attracting bottle flys because of the sugar content. And yes bottle flys are real.

The previous people are right, it will not go bad due to the alcohol content, although it will have a bad effect on the flavor, usually on liqueurs of this type, the rule most bartenders use is about a year. Who refrigerates Kahlua?? Won't this make your coffee cold? This isn't a wine or vodka, age is not Kahlua's friend when opened

No it will last forever. It has the 2 best natural preservatives in it- sugar and alcohol. Drink up!

yes it does go bad and do not drink it if it has never been refridgerated.

A friend of mine has had a bottle open for about a year and it's still good, so she tells me. I don't drink it.

Apparently, "any alcoholic beverage with more than 15% alcohol is quite safe from biological contamination" and Kahluah is 26.5% alcohol, so no, it won't go bad.

can you be more precise as to your definition of "bad" since we have never thrown out a bottle that wasn't emptied first.
